In the growing area of Search-Find-Obtain (SFO) the Internet continues to out perform traditional methods while providing the lowest CPM (Cost Per Thousand) contacts. There are approximately 300 million searches per day done on the Internet compared with 30-40 million yellowpage searches and 11 million pieces of direct mail read.

It's not as simple as "if you build it, they will come". There are millions of websites that never see any traffic at all and there are a surprising amont of well known corporations with online communication web sites that search engines can't see.
